 Diversity in the Profession CommitteeThe Committee on Diversity in the Profession concerns itself with matters that involve the achievement and maintenance of equal rights for attorneys who are members of minority groups who wish to practice law in the Philadelphia area. It may monitor existing conditions and trends through the conduct of seminars and other programs as well as survey employees, employers and their employment policies on a periodic basis. The Committee may also examine business opportunities for attorneys who are members of minority groups and make appropriate recommendations for action to the Board.
