The Large Firm Management Committee serves as a resource for its members--managing partners at the larger Philadelphia law firms. The Committee meets monthly and focuses on a topic selected by the members. Past topics have included "Mergers and Acquisitions," "How to Hire and Retain Associates" and "How to Compensate Partners."
