 Medical-Legal CommitteeThe Medical-Legal Committee, of the State Civil Litigation Section, monitors inquiries and problems arising from the interplay of the medical and legal professions. It attempts to re-establish and administer the provisions of the Professional Code by and between the Philadelphia County Medical Society, the Philadelphia County Osteopathic Society and the Association. It consults with and supplies speakers to hospitals and medical societies on forensic topics. It monitors pending legislation in such areas as malpractice, health care and mental health, and makes appropriate recommendations to the Board. Co-Chairs John Mirabella Daniel P. Martz |
