Compulsory Arbitration Committee


What is the Compulsory Arbitration Committee?
Compulsory Arbitration is a committee of the State Civil Litigation Section. The committee studies and makes recommendations concerning the rules and the practical working of the compulsory arbitration system in the City of Philadelphia and takes such actions as may be appropriate.

How can I join the Committee?
Any member in good standing of the Bar Association, who is also a paid member of the State Civil Litigation Section may participate in the Compulsory Arbitration Committee. Meetings of the Committee are normally open, upon advance notification, to everyone who is interested in compulsory arbitration.
