 Charter & Bylaws CommitteeThe Committee on Charter and Bylaws reviews the operation of the Charter and Bylaws, recommending to the Board and the Members such amendments or revisions to the Charter or Bylaws as it deems desirable. All amendments or revisions proposed by others which are submitted to the committee may be considered by the Committee, and the Committee may at an appropriate time present its views to the Board and the Members.
