Our mission is to promote healthy, vibrant and beautiful public spaces throughout all of Philadelphia through the use of education, advocacy, and legal action from the sidewalk to the skyline. Scenic Philadelphia promotes equal enforcement of laws affecting the built environment by providing free technical assistance and legal representation to low income communities who would not otherwise have access to the courts.

Citizens and neighborhood organizations in the Philadelphia region

Telephone intake from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Zoning and land use issues where the larger community is adversely affected or where there is a city-wide impact.

Provide advice and direct legal services to individuals and community groups regarding land use issues.
