Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District
U.S. Senators Robert P. Casey, Jr. and Patrick J. Toomey invite all persons interested in being considered for appointment to the position of Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to obtain and submit an application that can be found on Senator Casey’s website (casey.senate.gov) or by request from Senator Toomey’s office (judgeappEDPA@toomey.senate.gov). This questionnaire must be completed and returned to both Senators in Microsoft Word or PDF format by email to judicial@casey.senate.gov and judgeappEDPA@toomey.senate.gov no later than 5pm, Friday July 15, 2011. Applicants will be contacted to arrange for interviews. Senators Casey and Toomey will be advised and assisted in this process by several leading members of the bar and other Pennsylvanian citizens. Please note that all applicants must complete this process, regardless of whether they have participated in previous judicial selection processes.
