The Philadelphia Bar Association (the "Association") announces a national search for a successor to its long-serving Executive Director, who will retire at the end of 2013.
Founded in 1802, the Association is the oldest association of lawyers in the United States. It is devoted to serving the interests of its 13,000 members and to improving access to justice for the Philadelphia community.
The Executive Director manages the affairs of the Association and supports the Association's Chancellor and Board of Governors.
Significant responsibilities include:
