Philadelphia Voluntary Disclosure Program to Continue during Amnesty
The City of Philadelphia notified the Philadelphia Bar Association that it will be continuing the voluntary disclosure program during amnesty as normal and it will be up to taxpayers (and their tax professionals) to decide which is the better option for the specific situation. Taxpayers or their professionals should contact the Compliance Unit at 215-686-6614 if they want to take advantage of the voluntary disclosure program.
