Reappointment of a Bankruptcy Judge
The current 14-year term of office of Stephen Raslavich, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia is due to expire on October 28, 2007. The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is considering the reappointment of Judge Raslavich to a new 14-year term of office. Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit comments for consideration by the Court of Appeals regarding the reappointment of Bankruptcy Judge Stephen Raslavich.
