Peter has mastered being a true advocate while at the same time being a gentleman both in and out of the court, said Marc Jacobs, a member of the Hampton Award selection committee. I think his dedication to the practice of workers compensation is also shown in the amount of time he has spent on educational projects and his work in updating the section on new developments in the law.
Weber has served as co-chair of the Workers Compensation Section and remains an active member of the Sections Rules Committee.
He is co-author of Pennsylvania Bar Institutes Workers Compensation Practice and Procedure Manual and he authored the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Annual Survey of Recent Developments in Workers Compensation Law.
Weber has organized courses and has been a lecturer at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he taught Workers Compensation Practice and Procedure. He has been recognized throughout the state for his contributions to the profession.
