Bar Assn. Seeks Strategic Planning Volunteers
Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor-Elect Audrey C. Talley has commissioned a Strategic Planning Committee whose charge is to identify the critical issues and needs facing the Association in the near future. The focus of the committee includes membership, technology, member services and the geographic boundary of the Association.The committee is in the midst of gathering information from all sectors of the Bar Association and one mechanism for information gathering will be via roundtable focus groups. The first group will meet on Tuesday, May 7 at 4 p.m. and the second will meet on Friday, May 17 at noon. The meetings will be held in the 10th floor Board Room of Bar Association headquarters, 1101 Market St.
Each session will last about two hours and refreshments or lunch will be served. Volunteers are needed for each of these sessions. If you are interested in taking part, please contact Areetha Carter at (215) 238-6351.
