Chancellor Urges City to Delay Implementation of Conflicts Counsel Reforms
Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Kathleen D. Wilkinson sent the following letter Feb. 21 to Philadelphia Deputy Mayor Everett A. Gillison urging the City to delay implementation of proposed reforms in the system of providing legal representation for indigent defendants, in order to more thoroughly consider possible models and alternatives.
