Bar Association to Host Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing
The Philadelphia Bar Association will host a public hearing of the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, April 19 at 9 a.m. at the Association's headquarters in the 11th floor Conference Center. The hearing will address reforms of the city courts. Those expected to testify include Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery; Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams; Philadelphia Chief Defender Ellen Greenlee; and Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts Executive Director Lynn Marks.
