On the May 15th ballot, Philadelphians will have the opportunity to pass a Charter Change that will establish a 31-member Zoning Code Commission to revise Philadelphia's Zoning Code.
The Philadelphia Bar Association has passed two resolutions (November 2006 and November 2005) calling for zoning reform.
