Kovler Voted Chair, Toland Vice Chair of Board of Governors
Ronald A. Kovler, a partner with Kovler & Rush, P.C., has been elected chair of the Board of Governors for 2004. Patrice A. Toland, a partner at Post & Schell, P.C., has been elected vice chair. The action came at the Board's Jan. 16-17 retreat.Kovler has served as chair of the Association's Compulsory Arbitration Committee and is a member of the Nominating, State Civil, Professional Responsibility and Solo and Small Firm Committees and the Workers' Compensation Section. He is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Toland, who practices Workers' Compensation law, is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the New England School of Law. She is a former co-chair of the Worker's Compensation Section and is a member of the Women in the Profession Committee.
