Association Expresses Concern Over 'Severe Consequences' of Climate Change, Convenes Chancellor's Forum

The Board of Governors of the 13,000-member Philadelphia Bar Association has unanimously adopted a resolution supporting action on climate change, calling on the U.S. Congress, the Pennsylvania General Assembly and local governments to specifically promote policies, such as carbon pricing, to reduce the use of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions. | read more

Expressing "deep concern" over proposed legislation that would slash the number of judicial seats on both the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor William P.
