 Custody CommitteeThe Custody Committee a very active committee which sponsors a number of programs. The committee sponsored numerous seminars and workshops and discussions dealing with Practice Tips, Psychological Aspects of Child Custody Evaluations and other current topics. The committee also considers legislation issues and reviews proposed legislation in the custody area. Recently, the commitee looked at legislation relating to Joint Custody and Paternity.
