  • On July 15, 2014, an article entitled New law gives legal aid for the poor a boost, written by Mary Wilson, Capitol Bureau Chief, was published in witf’s State House Sound Bites.

  • On July 1, 2014, Senator Greenleaf, Judge Harhut and Sam Milkes appeared on the WITF Smart Talk radio show to discuss the access to justice hearings held last year by the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Coalition’s 2014 report and recommendations.   • An op-ed, Too many Pennsylvanians face their legal troubles alone, written by the Coalition’s tri-chairs about the Coalition’s report and recommendations was published on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, in the Philadelphia Inquirer editorial section. A letter in response to the op-ed, Lawyering for entire city's betterment, written by Len Rieser, was published in the editorial section of the Philadelphia Inquirer on June 26, 2014.

  • On June 1, 2014, an article titled Access to Justice Panel Urged for PA, written by Joseph A. Sullivan, special counsel and director of pro bono programs at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, and co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Civil Gideon and Access to Justice Coalition, was published in the June 2014 edition of the Philadelphia Bar Reporter.
