RESOLUTION CREATING TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE LANDLORD-TENANT COURT PROCEDURES

RESOLVED, that the Philadelphia Bar Association authorizes the Chancellor to take necessary and appropriate steps to establish a task force to examine the recent report which was issued by the Tenant's Action Group and to review the manner in which landlord/tenant hearings are being conducted in the Philadelphia landlord/tenant court and to submit a report and recommendations to the Board of Governors.
