REGARDING THE FILING OF AN AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF IN LITIGATION RE NEW JERSEY'S BONA FIDE OFFICE REQUIREMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Governors authorizes the Chancellor to cause an amicus curiae brief on the issue of the New Jersey bona fide office rule be filed with the United States Supreme Court in support of the Petition for Certiorari to be filed by Robert J. Tolchin, Esquire from the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in the case of Tolchin v. Supreme Court of New Jersey, No. 95-5883 (Filed on May 2, 1997).
