APPROVING SUBMISSION OF BYLAW AMENDMENTS TO THE MEMBERSHIP VIA MAIL BALLOT
 
RESOLVED that the proposed amendments of the Bylaws of the Association as approved by the Bylaws committee be and they hereby are approved by this Board;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed amendments of the Bylaws of the Association as approved by this Board shall be presented to the members of the Association for adoption by the referendum vote pursuant to Section 212(e) of the Bylaws. The date of the referendum vote shall be set by the Chancellor. Notice of such referendum and the text of the Bylaw amendments shall be given to the members of the Association at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled referendum by publication in The Philadelphia Bar Reporter.
