WHEREAS, the Committee on Insurance Programs is responsible for the general oversight of insurance programs offered to the members and staff of the Association; and

WHEREAS, the Association’s broker of record is Colburn Insurance Service; and

WHEREAS, the Insurance Programs Committee feels it is in the best interests of the members of the Association to be able to provide a personal insurance benefit, including coverage for auto, home, liability and unique possessions such as vacation homes and collectibles, at a discount for members of the Association; and

WHEREAS, Colburn Insurance Service has reviewed the market for this type of product and has recommended to the Insurance Programs Committee endorsement of such products called "The Chubb Masterpiece Program" offered through the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies; and

WHEREAS, the Insurance Programs Committee has voted to make such a recommendation to the Association’s Board of Governors,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Governors agrees to sponsor said program for the members of the Association.
