WHEREAS, the continuing need for the Philadelphia Bar Association to provide its membership with additional benefits of membership is paramount and;
WHEREAS, in computer technology, changes have provided the Association with new opportunities in the provision of such additional services and benefits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of Governors directs that a new computer internet website be constructed with the technical assistance of Hubbard Online of Chicago, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the Association enter into a contract for such services with Hubbard Online, in a form approved by the Executive Director with advice of counsel to the Association, for an amount not to exceed $60,000, with funding to come from the Association's restricted capital account in 1999-2000.
