 Communications Committee The Communications Committee shall plan, implement and oversee the public relations activities of the Business Law Section (BLS), including but not limited to, publishing a BLS newsletter. The Committee may also place articles and information about the BLS and its activities in the media and in publications of the Philadelphia Bar Association with the prior approval of the Executive Council. The Committee may in its discretion appoint the following subcommittees: Newsletter, List Serv, and Web Site. The InsiderThe Insider is a publication of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. The purpose of the publication is to facilitate communication among the membership of the Section on topics and events of general interest to business law practitioners. The Insider may be utilized for the following purposes:
You are invited to contribute to the Insider by providing any of the following items: Business Law Happenings: Articles of in depth interest to members of the Section in relevant areas of practice. Business Briefs: Any professional news regarding yourself or another Section Member Book Reviews: Book Reviews on topics of general interest to membership. Fiction or non-fiction reviews are both welcome. Business Law Alert: Timely articles on matters of professional interest representing changes in the law or developments in your practice affecting lawyers and clients. Committee Reports: Committee Chairs should take this opportunity to inform the membership of their present and future projects.
