Antitrust Law CommitteeThe Antitrust Law Committee holds periodic luncheon meetings on topics of interest to local antitrust practitioners and sometimes organizes longer programs on antitrust law. CLE credit is available for attendance at these programs, which are typically held at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Topics have included e-discovery in antitrust cases; the intersection between antitrust and patent law; antitrust cases in the high technology sector of the economy, and jury psychology in antitrust cases. The Committee also often does programs relating to current topics in antitrust law: including criminal enforcement trends; pleading standards, class certification standards; damages issues and recent Supreme Court antitrust opinions.
